Endurance 30 % of initial measured value < 300 % of initial specified value < initial specified value After storage for 250 hours ( 8) and for 500 hours (10) at +1252C with no voltage applied and then being stabilized at +20C, capacitors shall meet the following limits. (With voltage treatment) Capacitance change 30 % of initial measured value tan < 300 % of initial specified value DC leakage current < initial specified value After reflow soldering and then stabilized at +20C, capacitor shall meet the following limits. Capacitance change tan DC leakage current 10 % of initial measured value < Initial specified value < initial specified value
